Senior Housing

To be eligible for housing applicants must be 60 years of age or older or disabled under 60 and meet additional eligibility criteria.

​

Eligibility:

Applicant's annual gross income cannot exceed $45200 for a single person, $51650 for a couple. Rent equals 30% of the resident's monthly gross income minus annualized IRS-allowable medical deductions (that exceed 3% of annual income). 

Veterans receive preference on the waiting list.

Our apartments:

14 one-bedroom apartments located at Hillside Terrace in Cummington, MA

 

22 one-bedroom apartments at Hamblin Court in Huntington, MA

Rents at our senior housing apartments include: heat, hot water, electricity

​

 

Family Housing

4 apartments located in the Town of Huntington consist of:

3- 3 bedroom units

1- 2 bedroom unit

Rent equals 27% of the resident's monthly income and residents are responsible for there own utilities.
